Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
A: We are located in Perry County, PA and serve our surrounding communities.
Q: WHAT KIND OF FLOWERS DO YOU USE FOR WEDDINGS?
A: We grow organic, specialty cut flowers that we use for weddings, bouquet subscriptions, and custom
bouquets and arrangements. We do not order any flowers from wholesale suppliers.
Q: DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC FLOWERS?
A: I know we all have our favorite flowers - I totally get that! Because we only use the flowers that we grow,
we are at the mercy of things we cannot control; such as the weather and pests. I don't want to
promise a specific type of flower in case a freak windstorm blows through and levels those flowers!
However, we will do our best to honor requests for certain flowers.
Q: WHAT MONTHS DO YOU DESIGN FLOWERS FOR WEDDINGS?
A: We accept weddings for July, August, September and October
Q: WHAT TYPES OF FLOWERS WILL BE IN SEASON FOR MY WEDDING DATE?
A: As you may already know, certain flowers bloom early in the summer, mid summer, or late summer.

Q; DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM FOR WEDDINGS?
A: Not at all! You select the items and services you need, and that's all you pay for!
Q; HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR MUDDY FOX FLOWER FARM TO BE OUR WEDDING FLORIST?
A: Since each wedding is different, we would love to talk to you in person or over the phone to get an idea
of what you're looking for. After we talk through your wedding day floral needs, you will
receive a proposal via email with the price breakdown for items and services.
Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A: After reviewing the proposal and making any changes, we will agree on the final price and your
wedding day will booked. At that time we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to hold
your date and plan/purchase seeds/plants to grow your wedding flowers. The remaining 50% is
due two weeks before your wedding date.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A DELIVERY SERVICE TO THE VENUE?
A: Yes we do! You may either pick up the items at our farm free of charge, or we can deliver everything
to your venue. The delivery fee depends on how far your venue is from our farm. The exact fee will
be in the wedding proposal we to email you. :)
We know and appreciate that every couple has their own style and idea for what they want for their big day! Choosing each vendor for your wedding can be a little daunting. So here are just a few details about
our wedding services to consider:
1. we only use flowers and fillers that we grow here on the farm
2. our calendar is open to only three weddings per growing season
3. we design and create: bridal bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, mother of the bride and groom mini bouquets, and table arrangements (sorry, we do not create corsages)
4. at this time we do not offer breakdown services. This just means that someone will need to grab all of your flowers before leaving for the evening.
